כִּי־כֹה֙ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה שְׁמָמָ֥ה תִהְיֶ֖ה כָּל־הָאָ֑רֶץ וְכָלָ֖ה לֹ֥א אֶעֱשֶֽׂה׃

Denn so spricht der HERR: Das ganze Land wird verwüstet sein; Doch werde ich kein volles Ende machen.

but I will not make an end of its inhabitants, for I will leave over refugees who will go into exile.
