שֹׁפְטִ֣ים וְשֹֽׁטְרִ֗ים תִּֽתֶּן־לְךָ֙ בְּכָל־שְׁעָרֶ֔יךָ אֲשֶׁ֨ר יְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהֶ֛יךָ נֹתֵ֥ן לְךָ֖ לִשְׁבָטֶ֑יךָ וְשָׁפְט֥וּ אֶת־הָעָ֖ם מִשְׁפַּט־צֶֽדֶק׃
Richter und Offiziere sollst du in alle deine Tore machen, die der HERR, dein Gott, dir Stamm für Stamm gibt; und sie werden das Volk mit rechtschaffenem Gericht richten.

UPRIGHT judges and efficient administrators you shall appoint in all your cities which the Lord your God will give you for your tribes, and they shall judge the people with true judgment.
