הביאו [הָבִ֤יאִי] עֵצָה֙ עֲשׂ֣וּ פְלִילָ֔ה שִׁ֧יתִי כַלַּ֛יִל צִלֵּ֖ךְ בְּת֣וֹךְ צָהֳרָ֑יִם סַתְּרִי֙ נִדָּחִ֔ים נֹדֵ֖ד אַל־תְּגַלִּֽי׃
[Sie werden mit der Bitte kommen]: Schaffe Rat, übe Recht, gewähre der Nacht gleich deinen Schatten am Mittag, birg die Verstoßenen, den Flüchtigen verrate nicht.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Take counsel, execute counsel. Make thy shadow as the night in the day, in the midst of the noonday: hide the outcasts; touch not the dispersed.
