יָג֤וּרוּ בָךְ֙ נִדָּחַ֔י מוֹאָ֛ב הֱוִי־סֵ֥תֶר לָ֖מוֹ מִפְּנֵ֣י שׁוֹדֵ֑ד כִּֽי־אָפֵ֤ס הַמֵּץ֙ כָּ֣לָה שֹׁ֔ד תַּ֥מּוּ רֹמֵ֖ס מִן־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
Lass bei dir weilen die Verstoßenen Moabs, sei ihnen ein Schirm vor dem Räuber, bis dass aufhört die Erpressung, ein Ende nimmt die Verheerung, geschwunden sind die Zertreter aus dem Lande.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
Let my outcasts dwell with thee, O kingdom of Moab! be thou a covert to them on account of the spoilers: for the extortioner is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, all that trampled under foot have come to au end.
