Tafsiran Habakuk 3:8: Rashi & Tze'enah Ure'enah

Ya Yang Mahakekal, apakah terhadap sungai-sungai murka-Mu bernyala? Apakah terhadap sungai-sungai amarah-Mu, atau terhadap laut kegeraman-Mu, ketika Engkau mengendarai kuda-kuda-Mu, kereta-kereta-Mu yang membawa keselamatan?

Rashi

Was... with the rivers? Some questions are in the affirmative. Have we seen that He performed all these? The explanation of the verse is according to the Targum.

Tze'enah Ure'enah

“Are you wroth, O Lord, with Neharim?” [3:8]. The Holy One was angry with the river Jordan. He split it and the sea. You threw Pharaoh’s horses into the sea and the chariots did not help.8Radak, Habakkuk, 3:8.
