מִֽמְתִ֥ים יָדְךָ֨ ׀ יְהוָ֡ה מִֽמְתִ֬ים מֵחֶ֗לֶד חֶלְקָ֥ם בַּֽחַיִּים֮ וצפינך [וּֽצְפוּנְךָ֮] תְּמַלֵּ֪א בִ֫טְנָ֥ם יִשְׂבְּע֥וּ בָנִ֑ים וְהִנִּ֥יחוּ יִ֝תְרָ֗ם לְעוֹלְלֵיהֶֽם׃
dari manusia yang menjadi tangan-Mu, ya Yang Mahakekal, dari manusia dunia yang fana ini, yang bagiannya ada dalam kehidupan ini, dan yang perutnya Kauisi dengan harta simpanan-Mu; anak-anak mereka kenyang, dan mereka meninggalkan kelebihan harta mereka bagi anak-anak kecil mereka.

He replied to them, "Their portion is in this life" (ibid.). A Bat Kol issued forth and announced, "Happy art thou, R. 'Akiba, for thou art destined for the life of the world to come!"
