시편 102:14의 주석
אַתָּ֣ה תָ֭קוּם תְּרַחֵ֣ם צִיּ֑וֹן כִּי־עֵ֥ת לְ֝חֶֽנְנָ֗הּ כִּי־בָ֥א מוֹעֵֽד׃
주께서 일어나사 시온을 긍휼히 여기시리니 지금은 그를 긍휼히 여기실 때라 정한 기한이 옴이니이다

You will rise, You will have mercy on Zion for it is time to favor it For so You promised (Deut. 32:36): “When He sees that their power is gone,” and it is indeed gone.
