כִּ֛י כֹּ֥ה אָמַ֖ר אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֑ה הַעֲלֵ֤ה עֲלֵיהֶם֙ קָהָ֔ל וְנָתֹ֥ן אֶתְהֶ֖ן לְזַעֲוָ֥ה וְלָבַֽז׃

Albowiem tak rzecze Pan Wiekuisty: Sprowadzę na nie czerń, a podam je na męki i na grabież.

Let...be brought up...and let them be submitted All these are expressions of doing and of a continuous action.
