עַמִּי֙ נֹגְשָׂ֣יו מְעוֹלֵ֔ל וְנָשִׁ֖ים מָ֣שְׁלוּ ב֑וֹ עַמִּי֙ מְאַשְּׁרֶ֣יךָ מַתְעִ֔ים וְדֶ֥רֶךְ אֹֽרְחֹתֶ֖יךָ בִּלֵּֽעוּ׃ (ס)
Что касается Моих людей, младенец - их хозяин, и женщины правят ими. О люди мои, они, которые ведут тебя, заставляют тебя ошибаться, И разрушают путь твоих путей.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
As for my people, their oppressors plunder them, as those who glean the vineyard; and as usurers they rule over them. 0 my people, those that call thee blessed cause thee to err; and the way of thy path they have perverted.
