Komentaryo sa Obadias 1:12: Rashi & Tze'enah Ure'enah

Rashi

And you should not have looked on the day of your brother—You should not have looked and stood from afar.

Rashi

on the day of his being delivered Heb. On the day of his being delivered into the hands of the heathens. And so does Scripture state concerning Saul: (I Sam. 23:7) “נִכַּר אֹתוֹ אֱלֹהִים בְּיָדְי,” “He has delivered him into my hand.”

Tze'enah Ure'enah

“You should not have gloated over your brother, on the day of his misfortune” [1:12]. You Edom should not have looked at the misfortune of your brother on the day that he was taken to a foreign land. You should not have rejoiced over the children of Judah on the day of their defeat.
