שַׁבַּ֨ת שַׁבָּת֥וֹן הוּא֙ לָכֶ֔ם וְעִנִּיתֶ֖ם אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶ֑ם בְּתִשְׁעָ֤ה לַחֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ בָּעֶ֔רֶב מֵעֶ֣רֶב עַד־עֶ֔רֶב תִּשְׁבְּת֖וּ שַׁבַּתְּכֶֽם׃ (פ)
Ito ay isang Sabbath ng ganap na pamamahinga para sa inyo, at pahihirapan ninyo ang inyong mga sarili; sa ikasiyam na araw ng buwan, sa gabi, mula gabi hanggang gabi, ipangingilin ninyo ang inyong pamamahinga.

When Yod departs from Wav-Daleth through the sins of the world, the nakedness of all is found, on this it is written (Leviticus 18:7) "the nakedness of your father [...] you shall not reveal".
