כִּֽי־תִקְרַ֣ב אֶל־עִ֔יר לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם עָלֶ֑יהָ וְקָרָ֥אתָ אֵלֶ֖יהָ לְשָׁלֽוֹם׃
Kapag ikaw ay lumapit sa isang lungsod upang makipaglaban dito, mag-alok ka muna rito ng kapayapaan.

When you come nigh to a city to make war against it, then you shall send to it certain to invite it to peace;
