וְהָיָ֛ה כְּכַלֹּ֥ת הַשֹּׁטְרִ֖ים לְדַבֵּ֣ר אֶל־הָעָ֑ם וּפָֽקְד֛וּ שָׂרֵ֥י צְבָא֖וֹת בְּרֹ֥אשׁ הָעָֽם׃ (ס)
At mangyayari, kapag natapos nang magsalita ang mga opisyal sa bayan, magtatalaga sila ng mga pinuno ng mga hukbo sa unahan ng bayan.

And when the officers shall have finished to speak with the people, they shall appoint the captains of the host at the head of the people.
