וּקְשַׁרְתָּ֥ם לְא֖וֹת עַל־יָדֶ֑ךָ וְהָי֥וּ לְטֹטָפֹ֖ת בֵּ֥ין עֵינֶֽיךָ׃
At itatali mo ang mga ito bilang tanda sa iyong kamay, at ang mga ito ay magiging mga pang-noo sa pagitan ng iyong mga mata.

And you shall tie them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be Tefillin between your eyes.
