וְסָמַ֨ךְ אַהֲרֹ֜ן אֶת־שְׁתֵּ֣י ידו [יָדָ֗יו] עַ֨ל רֹ֣אשׁ הַשָּׂעִיר֮ הַחַי֒ וְהִתְוַדָּ֣ה עָלָ֗יו אֶת־כָּל־עֲוֺנֹת֙ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וְאֶת־כָּל־פִּשְׁעֵיהֶ֖ם לְכָל־חַטֹּאתָ֑ם וְנָתַ֤ן אֹתָם֙ עַל־רֹ֣אשׁ הַשָּׂעִ֔יר וְשִׁלַּ֛ח בְּיַד־אִ֥ישׁ עִתִּ֖י הַמִּדְבָּֽרָה׃
At ipapatong ni Aaron ang kanyang dalawang kamay sa ulo ng buháy na lalaking kambing, at ipagtatapat niya sa ibabaw nito ang lahat ng kasamaan ng mga anak ni Israel, at ang lahat ng kanilang mga paghihimagsik, sa lahat ng kanilang mga kasalanan; at ilalagay niya ang mga ito sa ulo ng lalaking kambing, at ipadadala niya ito sa ilang sa pamamagitan ng isang lalaking itinalaga para rito.
Targum Jonathan
And Aharon shall lay his hands (upon him) in this order, his right hand upon his left, upon the head of the living goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the children of Israel, and all their rebellions, and all their sins, and shall put them, with an oath uttered and expressed with the Great and glorious Name, upon the head of the goat, and send (him) away by the hand of a man prepared from the year foregoing, to take him into a rocky desert which is Beth-hadurey;
