חָשַׁ֨ב יְהוָ֤ה ׀ לְהַשְׁחִית֙ חוֹמַ֣ת בַּת־צִיּ֔וֹן נָ֣טָה קָ֔ו לֹא־הֵשִׁ֥יב יָד֖וֹ מִבַּלֵּ֑עַ וַיַּֽאֲבֶל־חֵ֥ל וְחוֹמָ֖ה יַחְדָּ֥ו אֻמְלָֽלוּ׃ (ס)

Der Herr hat vorgehabt, die Mauer der Tochter Zion zu zerstören; Er hat die Linie ausgestreckt, Er hat Seine Hand nicht vom Zerstören zurückgezogen; Aber er hat den Wall und die Mauer zum Trauern gebracht. Sie schmachten zusammen.
