וּלְר֖וּחַ מִשְׁפָּ֑ט לַיּוֹשֵׁב֙ עַל־הַמִּשְׁפָּ֔ט וְלִ֨גְבוּרָ֔ה מְשִׁיבֵ֥י מִלְחָמָ֖ה שָֽׁעְרָה׃ (ס)
dan menjadi roh keadilan bagi dia yang duduk mengadili, serta menjadi kekuatan bagi mereka yang menghalau peperangan kembali ke pintu gerbang.

And for a spirit of justice will the Holy One, blessed be He, be, i.e., to teach justice, to him who sits in judgment.

To him that sitteth in judgment. To the judges. God will strengthen them. אל השער ═ שערה.
